PRESIDENT & GENERAL MANAGER
Rich studied business and communication at Cornell University. He came to Lynchburg almost 30 years ago to be a member of The Sportsline. Rich now helps local businesses build advertising and marketing campaigns utilizing WLNI and HOME Magazine as well as the many other services now offered by JRM.

DIRECTOR OF NEWS & CONTENT STRATEGY
THE MORNINGLINE CO-HOSTMari began co-hosting the award-winning Morningline all the way back in 1999! She loves interacting with listeners and guests as well as helping area businesses and nonprofits develop creative advertising ideas. Mari and her husband Steve have four sons. Her hobbies include ringing handbells and participating in open water distance swims.

Trish is an award-winning designer with 25 years of experience and a long history with HOME magazine. She loves working with clients to bring their ideas to life! Her creative outlets include gardening and vegan baking.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Ashley has more than 14 years of experience in the media and broadcasting industry. Her favorite part of the job is managing behind the scenes operations. Outside of work, she loves camping with family and spending time with her giant dog.

Kira Rider
ART DIRECTOR & DIGITAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
Kira designs HOME magazine and works with digital content, video production, graphic design and photography. She has won a number of Virginia Press Association awards. In her spare time, she enjoys being around the water, whether that’s attempting water sports on Smith Mountain or reading on the beach.

Donna’s award-winning career has spanned from journalism to corporate communications to digital media. She has a bachelor’s degree in communication and a master’s in public policy, both from James Madison University. She loves telling people’s stories and helping them find their voice.

Dennis Carter
CARTER & COMPANY HOST
Dennis has nearly 45 years of experience in sports broadcasting, 37 in television and is a 2020 Virginia Sports Hall of Fame inductee. He's always had a passion for local sports, especially high school and college. Dennis also enjoys playing sports himself, specifically tennis and golf. He's also a proud pet lover.

John has more than 20 years of traditional media and digital marketing experience. With a passion for helping small businesses grow, he strives to find the most effective forms of marketing for his clients. In his free time, John can be found enjoying home life with his wife and three kids or streaming online.

Kenny Shelton
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Kenny started his media career as a teenager. Decades of on-air radio success led to hosting telethons for the Children’s Miracle Network and MDA. Kenny and his wife Judy enjoy making enhancements to their 1895 farmhouse, taking trips and spending time with their two daughters and two fur babies.

Kirsten has more than 30 years of experience in sales and marketing. She loves helping business owners create marketing plans that will inspire, ignite and motivate their own unique customer base. Kirsten has also been a successful small business owner. Her creative outlets include cooking with her children, pottery and playing in Photoshop.

Katherine loves to read, write and create. She majored in English at the University of Virginia, and her career has focused on communications in education, real estate and non-profits. When she is not working, she is cooking or hiking with her husband, Brad, and their Golden Retriever, Zelda.

Lisa has 17 years of print advertising sales experience. She loves forming relationships with her clients. In her spare time, she has a passion for animal welfare and is an active volunteer with the RVSPCA.

Donna Collins
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Donna received a BA in microbiology and minored in art. She’s drawn microscopic life for the Natural History Museum and other science journal articles, illustrated state park trail signs, and designed magazine ads, catalogs and websites. She also enjoys hiking, bird watching and learning about foraging.

Anthony, also known as "Biscuit," is the producer of The Morningline and The Best of the Burg. In his spare time, you can find him watching local sporting events, attending trivia nights with friends or trying to figure out his next Mustaches 4 Kids punishment.
